Fundraising

The Colleyville Heritage High School Band Program offers many opportunities to our students to enrich their musical studies.

-    In the fall our program focuses on the Marching Band, Drumline and Color Guard. Events include football games, marching competitions, drumline competitions, parades, concerts and other special events.

-    In the winter and spring, we transition to Concert Band and Jazz Band performances. Events include concert and percussion performances, Jazz Band competitions, Winterguard competitions, our spring band trip and the Band Banquet.

To support all these activities, the Band Booster organization conducts numerous fundraising events throughout the year                           

 Fundraising that yields credits for students' individual accounts:

      - Magazine Sales

      - Cookie Dough Sales

      - Pie Sales

      - 963 Coffee/Tea/Cocoa Sales

Fundraising that yields credits for the CHHS Band:

      - Extravaganza and Silent Auction (before start of school)

      - March-A-Thon (fall)

      - Hosting NTCA contest (winter)

      - Sonic Saturdays (throughout year)

      - Mooyah, Panda Express (fall)

      - Paid Performances (throughout year)

      - Percussion Concert (spring)

      - GoodSearch (see below)

Think about how many internet searches you do in a day, week or month!  We have an easy way for people who regularly use internet search engines to help us raise money for the general band fund! 

GoodSearch is a search engine with a unique social mission.  It’s powered by Yahoo!, so you get great search results, and each time you search, GoodSearch makes a donation to the CHHS Band!  There is also a shopping component to this site called GoodShop.  If you take advantage of shopping through this site, we can earn even more money!  All of this just for doing the internet searches or shopping your would normally do!
