Chairperson/Coordinator Meeting – Tuesday, 7/27 – 6pm
All leaders, chairpersons, coordinators for 2010-2011 school year are asked to join us for a meeting to discuss plans for this year, volunteer needs, etc. We will meet in the band hall.
Fundraising Coordinator Needed (General Band Fund)
We have a newly created position that is needing to be filled! This fundraising coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of activities that support the general band fund. For example restaurant support (Sonic, Souper Salads, Mooya, etc.) Individual fundraisers (cookie dough, etc.) will still be handled by our other coordinator. Silent Auction Donations
The Extravaganza team is hard at work getting ready for the debut night for the marching band. It’s time to start gathering items for the silent auction. Spirit Button Photographer Needed!
Picture day will be here before we know it and we need a non-pro photographer to take pictures for band spirit buttons! Uniform Fitting Volunteers Needed – 8/9, 8/10, 8/11
We will be fitting uniforms in the band hall 8/9 – 8/11. We need parent volunteers to help with the fittings. There are plenty of jobs from fitting to ironing!
